What race will you choose for your first run on Starbound?

I'm interested to see what you guys will choose to play as, I'll probably go as either Floran or Novakid, probably Floran.

 

i vote for glitch but the hylotl is second chooise

 

I'll probably make a Glitch named Bender and curse at my co op friends.
And in the mean time cheaply assemble my own race.

Sorry to say OP but this has been a thread topic before. Also going with humans because I am more human than human.

 

I'll probably go Hylotl but I like the idea of making a Glitch looking like one of the Daft Punk OR The Stig

If there were Elves I would be one named Auriel. Or a novakid named Nova.... xD

 

Pony. When the patch comes out, i hope ponex mod will be patched too so i can play as pony.

 

I would be going Glitch....My second option would be the Novakids just because I could pull off a Old West showdown with lasers......IN SPACE!!!!!!

 

I can never stick to one character for long, but I started out with an avian.
Breaking the tropes I'm hoping to play around with:

• A simple, muscle-bound apex
• An anthrophobic glitch
• A vegan floran
• A novakid with an eidetic memory
  
• A vocally atheist avian
• An irreverent, bloodthirsty hylotl
• A genre savvy human (because tentacles never end well)

 

considering i already have 3 florans created, i think my first run will be with a floran, i think 2nd choice is gonna be a human *cough*imeaninsertmyselfashuman*cough*
