Ahah a short and proper message! I pray for all NPC that dev add a protection on underwater city wall This game will be great! I remember the first thread I have seen on starbound... Praticaly 1 year old ! And now the game seem to have more feature than 90% of existing sandbox/survival game! In your opinion, what dev want to do before relase the Beta ?
Love the flashy signs, and arcade machines, and mostly everything... Except the doors are more blue than the rest, I think that stands out too much. Keep it up guys, can't wait for the beta!
Nice to see more and more structures unique to races and technologies. Also this is the first screen I saw that makes actual use of the arcade machines. However, with great rewards can come great dangers...
Wow! I love that sign! Are those neon tube blocks? It has a underwater-Blade Runner feel to it! Moar neon and darkness and japanese industrial chic please!
The environmental concepts are looking better everyday! Could we possibly get an abandoned Hyoltl cityscape, ala Bioshock?
I know it's just a mockup, but I'd focus on making the buildings look more along the lines of this: http://ladygalore.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/tokyo-japan-crossing-stock1141.jpg I like the more colorful, neon, and commercial aspects of Toyko, and I think they'd be awesome if you could properly capture the look in 2D.
