Thanks for the update none the less I absolutely enjoy seeing that there will be trap/puzzles in the dungeons. The screens of the dungeons shown so far look amazing. I wonder if in the previous mentioned sewer dungeon walls might be littered with ~* the po is a lie *~
You couldn't have read all that, [Edit] Also, Tiy have you been playing Prison architect recently by chance? and bioshock is a great game, would be awesome to see a deep water world, biome thing. And looking forward to the beta as well, thanks for your concern ^^
I'm just excited to play, I can wait for a really long time; I've mastered patience I just have a hard time with impulse control.
Insane asylums here we come. Edit: I just saw this, "Please bear with us a bit longer!" Now as much as I want to, it IS hard to. Especially when a bit longer means 2 different time spans for each of us
The pictures look absolutely amazing, you guys (And girls, Molly/Rho) are doing an incredible job with the game. It's no surprise with games like this that AAA games are becoming less popular and people are flocking towards indie games that are made by people who make things that are purely enjoyable.
Can we build the alarms and turrets ourselves? Would be a lot of fun to hook up our bases with defenses, alarms, and traps.
Holy shit. That's beautiful. Also, regarding the beta: the vitriol surrounding the beta release almost made me stop coming in here, but the last few days are why this is the only forum for a video game I've ever joined. The feedback on the ship stuff was pretty great to watch, and shots like these simply make me grin. I feel like a kid waiting for FFVII all over again.
Thanks guys this just makes me love you more, Starbound will be a great asset to my game collection, please guys pour your soul into it! we promise we will make it a delightful experience; this Devs are the most amazing passionate team I have seen in some time.
I almost could hear epic speech music while reading this update! HL2 and Bioshock are some great games to take inspiration from! I expect some neat dungeons About that wiring objects with AI... Does that mean we can somehow code stuff in-game? That's one old suggestion in the forums, and I'd love to see that implemented
