RELEASED Night Vision Goggles

For seeing in the dark. These goggles can be crafted on the anvil, they let you see in the dark, but don't offer much in the way of protection.

PS - on the item tooltip there is the word "glow". If anyone knows how to get rid of this without editing the assets files directly, please fill me in
