Outdated Starbound Backup Tool 3.0 Mac/PC

Allows you to make a backup of your player/mods folder in a single click

Since my game is crashing way too often and since I've already lost one of my save because of that, I decided to create a simple tool that would allow me to make a backup of my save folder in a single click.

    Version 3 [PC/MAC] :
    Features:
    - Backup your player/mods/universe folders in a single click
    - Select the folders you want to backup
    - Save your configuration (ie. the paths, and the values of the checkboxes)
    - Allows you to restore your backups
    - Tries to autofill the path text box (mac only)

    Version 2 :

    Features:
    - Backup your player/mods folders in a single click
    - Select the folders you want to backup
    - Save your configuration (ie. the paths, and the values of the checkboxes)
    - Give you the size and the number of files of your backup

    Version 1 :

    Features:
    - Backup your player folder in a single click
    - Save your configuration (ie. the paths)

P.S: I don't know if I'm in the right section, but since it's not really a "mod", I didn't know where else I could post it.

    Download :
Be careful to choose the version corresponding to your Operating System in the "Version History" tab. There's currently two version : The windows one, and the macintosh one.

Here is the forum thread about this tool.

This is going to be a life saver! My server crashed last night and I checked it today only to find out that the planet my friend and I built houses on had reset. Hopefully this will rectify that from happening again! :D

It's great, it took some time but it backed up seamlessly and it can back up to my Dropbox, which is great.

Great job, very easy to do, you jsut have to manually set the starbound folder the first time, but works great after!

v.3 working excellent on win7 x64. Had to set the Starbound folder path again for some reason but after that it worked perfectly. Timestamp in the folder name that it creates will make it alot easier to have multiple, organized back ups.
