Outdated Logan's Patch 1.0.8

Working in your lab late one night you discovered an accidental break through when mixing mutant genes with an everyday ordinary bandage... Instant healing factor like all the good mutants have!! Patch was such a good mutant... or was it Logan?

Info: This mod is basically a nano bandage with a 5 minute duration though I will probably tweak this to add some attack damage or something along the lines of rage soon
