TenantShop is a mod which aim to make the tenants house building easier. For now, the tenant system is not so clear and it's difficult to know which item to put in a tenant's room in order to get the tenant YOU WANT.
The only way was to try to guess or to visit http://starbounder.org/Tenant, which is kind of messy right know.
This mod is based on all the Starbounder wiki data.
How does it work
----------
This mod brings a Craftable Shop and a codex, both available to be crafted at the beginning of the game.
The codex explains how to create Tenants and give the list of every Tenants and its required furniture.
The Shop will let you see which item belongs to which tag and you will be able to get them for a cheap price (100 pixels for this version)
How to install
----------
Simple : Unzip this file and extract one of the two mod version (TenantShop or TenantShop NoCodex) to your game directory, under /giraffe_storage/mods, that's it !
PRECAUTIONS
----------
This mod is still in development. It's in very beta phase, so only a few tags are listed here. There is a lot of work before it's finished. I wanted it to be available to everyone, because even if it's not finished, it can be useful.
The TenantShop With Codex can remove your character if you want to uninstall the mod.
Known bugs
----------
The hit box of the shop is not good
The tag list is not complete
The swamp tag is not complete, according to the Starbounder list.
The pixel price is not final.
There might be some english mistakes. Forgive me, it's not my native language and I think it's not the main work to do FOR NOW.

You are actually very right, this is a serious problem ! It appears that by installing the mod again, you will recover your character but that's absolutely wrong. I'm sorry, I will put a big warning to the people and try to search a solution as soon as possible.
