[Starbound 1.0+] Tanz Hunger Overhaul 1.3.0

A general hunger overhaul to help improve how the mechanic feels.

    • Slows hunger drain to 90% over 60 minutes
    • Reduces compound starvation damage
    • Reduces food hunger worth (75% of vanilla)
    • Slows hunger regeneration (5 seconds instead of instant)
    • Eating provides a small amount of healing
    • Beds slow hunger drain by 30%
    • Increased base rot timer (All food should last twice as long as it used to.)

    This mod will not work with vanilla multiplayer. All clients must have this mod.

    To install: Download the .zip from this page and put 'Tanz Hunger Overhaul.pak' (Or 'Tanz Hunger Overhaul (Alternate).pak') into your mods folder.

    To uninstall: Delete the .pak from your mods folder.

    Install the alternate version if you don't like the slow hunger regeneration mechanic.

    Does what it says it does. Really makes the hunger system not only less annoying, but actually enjoyable. Food matters, being full isn't a cumbersome task anymore. I made a hunger mod a ways back that slowed the hunger decay rate based on preference, but this mod is MUCH better than that. I dropped mine for this one. Also, being able to rest in bed and not starve to death is a much needed change.
