Spore Cursors 1.0

fairly self-explanatory, this changes the cursors to match the cursors from the maxis game spore

for the little icons, i tried to reference existing cursors from spore where i could. see the attached images
the biggest difference is in the reticle and charging cursor, which now isn't actually a reticle, to match the cursor when using a weapon in spore's space stage. when charging a weapon, the little arrow changes colors from blue (idle) to red (charging) to green (charged), but doesn't animate otherwise
