Clean Up
Cleans up the ROWKET LAWNCHAIR bullets .png and adds the Metal Slug bullet sprite to the weapon description

NOW HAS ACTUAL BULLET SPRITE!
Managed to get the bullet sprite for the rocket launcher in the game, it is still a bit unfinished cause i need to fix the .png for the bullet up a bit but it looks 1000 times better than that other bullet sprite!
