Outdated Plasma Turret 1.1

Makes the standard turret much cooler and more useful!

  2. Turrets no longer shoot at NPCs, fire-rate reduced VERY slightly.

    Title said it all.

    I changed a small little value in the lua code of the turret so it would only assume that monsters are valid targets.

    Furthermore, I changed the fire-rate from 0.7 to 0.8, which basically makes it a weeee bit slower, nothing you should notice too much, but it feels just right if you can follow me!
