Hel's Custom Chat Colours Version 0.2

Houston, We need some colour!

    Changes:

    • Whole chat window is no longer transparent.
    • Window is not a dark Grey to match the original Starbound Interface
    • Buttons have been recoloured to match the new chat window

    Party chat is still Greyed out until a player joins the party, where it will be Blue.

    • Recolour of speech bubbles above your character when you speak
