Extended Avali GUI 1.1

Extended GUI + Avali (Triage) = Bigger Avali crafting windows!

    Sorry for updating so quickly after uploading, but I've just realised I actually missed out one of the crafting stations!

    Your Avali Display Apparatuses (Apparati? Apparates? Whatever the plural form is.) have been upgraded and should now have the same extended GUI as your lathes, looms and workbenches.
