Outdated Bottom Hotbar for v. Angry Koala 0.7

Puts the hotbar/action bar on the bottom.

    This mod is compatible with version Angry Koala of Starbound.

    Changes the position of the hotbar/action bar to the bottom of the screen and moves the hunger/item pickup notifications to a little higher up so they're not being blocked by the hotbar.
    NOTE: This mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies assets/interface.config.

    Installation instructions:
    Extract the 'bottomhotbar' folder into your Starbound/mods folder.

    TODO:
    -Fix large distance between notifications when picking up items.
    -Fix tooltips for the hotbar. If anyone could point me in the correct direction as to which file needs to be edited to do so, that'd be fantastic.

    If you find any bugs not covered in this list, feel free to report them to me.
