Closed Train ship collision

i just got done fully upgrading Novakid train ship. when i got to the very end of the ship i came across a collision problem where i have to jump over it right between the frist 2 windows. im able to place things where it is just the character cant pass though it. its about 3 - 4 blocks wide starting from the black strip on the wall to 1/2 way into the light, from the ground of the ship to where im standing in this pic.
