Vevierant Weapons 1.4

Weapons of the Vevierant race (race not made yet)

    I balanced the weapons a bit so that they're not too op.

    Other Changes:
    • Spear of Wrath now called "Bloodied Spear"
    • Bloodied Spear is now a 2-hand spear with spearspin alt ability
    • Avlyn now has risingslash alt ability
    • Cavlyn Tile is stated to be a block now (inventory rave bug still there)
