    This should work with the update, sorry for it being soooo late but I spaced out for a while.

    The amount of testing that went into this update is absolutely 0^346567923. Please notify me if it doesn't work, then ill go test it for real.

    Changed tier3eninges.celestial to add the brace at the end. You should no longer get a PGI recipe.
