Outdated Hackable Keypads GXML 1.4.2

Adds programmable, wire-able keypads for passcode entry! (can be "hacked" in game)

    Some minor changes:
    -Keypads now start in admin mode (set the code first) (Note: setting the code to '1111' will put it back in admin mode for the next user)
    -Recipe has been added (you will learn the recipe as soon as you pick up iron or copper ore or bar)
    -ClickWait has been increased 1 cycle to prevent accidental "double click"
    -Minor logging changes
    -Fixed a minor bug with password changing after restarting Starbound

    Note: as a result of the new recipe acquisition method, if you have any other mods that affect the 4 base items, you might end up with issues. If this is the case, please let me know so I can make my mod compatible with those mods. Thanks.
