Enhanced Matter Manipulator 3.2

Manipulates the Matter Manipulator to manipulate even more matter! Manipulating matter does matter.

  1. Sync with Steam Workshop Version

    Completely redesigned the entire MMUpgradeUI.

    Upped power upgrades to a total of 19.
    Upped range upgrades to a total of 7.
    Upped size upgrades to a total of 7.
    Added single handed and flashlight upgrades. (Both disabled)
    Fixed compatibility with Manipulated UI.

    Please unsub the MMM compatibility fix for now, it won't help. I'll have to make a new one until V6's rewrite.
