To install: Simply extract the folder to your mods folder in starbound's directory. Make sure there isn't a duplicate of the folder inside of the folder, if that's the case just move everything up one folder and delete the duplicate.
32x Directory: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\mods
64x Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\mods
