Community-Run Digital Art Challenges​

ENTRY

Everyone can enter with their digital art. In order to enter, submit your entry directly to this thread.
The contests will take place every two weeks from Sunday to Friday.
The entry with the most likes will be dubbed the winner.
A new theme will be chosen every two weeks by the winner.

RULES

Clearly indicate that you are entering your piece with the word: ENTRY.
Only one entry to be submitted by a person every two weeks.
No inappropriate content is allowed.

In the event of a draw, the next like determines who wins.

If you don't offer a new theme by late Monday, then the choice will be passed to others on the thread.

It may not look like much now, but hopefully everyone can pitch in to get the ball rolling. It would be great to have this work alongside the Weekly Pixel-Off and just as effective.

I'm no digital artist!

 

Neither am I? Guess it's time I started drawing everything I see.

 

QUESTION
Does the art have to be drawn? Or can I use my amazing photo and photoshop skills? Everything would be my own original work, of course.

 

I'm going to say yes. I looked up what defines digital art and what kinds of areas fall under digital art, and I believe that photoshop would fall into this category.

 

Well I already knew it would, just making sure these contests weren't for the drawers only

 

Well, to be fair, not everyone can draw, but not everyone needs to draw to make art. Looking forward to seeing if anybody actually gets something done this week .

 

Oh, I already know what to do. Camera, you and I have a date with letters.

 

I really hope this gets rolling too! My tablet is eager to draw... not that well, but draw none the less.
