Queen Xertra has been implemented into the game now.
Everything is subject to change, but here are her attacks/stats:

4500 HP
Ashfire: Fire attack that removes certain buffs.
Ashcloud: Heal that removes certain debuffs.
Demon's Charm: Seduces a party member, causing him to attack his friends.
Lucifire: MASSIVE fire attack, but is always followed by a recharge. Also wipes all status changes, good and bad.
Sharp nails: Low damage attack that may cause bleeding.
Hope Removal: Attack of Darkness that may cause discouragement.

And yes, there is an instant game-over dialogue choice.

So... is the Crazy Kitten in the game?

 

There is a "Neko" mob, but the only named characters are Crayzon and Xertra.

Kitten move set
-Throw Yorick = Kitten throws a Skull
-Here comes Tom = Kitten's Fire breathing turtle Time fights besides him, spitting fireball in either 3 or 5 ball sprays hitting either 3 or 5 party members with fire damage.
-Marble Barrage = Kitten throws marbles all over that roll around in circles as they fire. They go in all directiosn but focus mostly on current player position. Walking around causes players to fall down being stunned for a second.
-Distracted! = Kitten gets distracted rapidly chasing a laser pointer and drops marbles as he runs. If an attack would hit Kitten during this time, it will miss.
-Tantrum = Kitten jumps on a player rapidly assaulting them in a tantrum. He will only use this when below 33% health.
-Water Prison = Kitten draws a rune on the ground. If a player steps over it it will expand into a water bubble around them trapping them for up to 10 seconds.
-Healing eye = Kitten draws his healing eye rune which can heal him or Tom until it is destroyed.
-Dagger strike = Kitten slashes out quickly with his dagger tail. This will paralyze a player if hit.

Kitten is actually a non-lethal member of the castle. His move kit reflects it fairly well. Tom is the member of the fight who actually causes damage. However, Tom can be re-summoned after he's removed from combat, leaving Kitten an interesting fighter. He is annoying to fight, but not a difficult boss.

Just choose a tool kit outta this crazy.

 

Royal Scales: Removes the Discouraged debuff, and adds the Fabulous buff.
Cursed flame: Fire attack.
Sundershock: Lightning attack.
Reap what you Sow (only used when at 33% HP or below): High power attack that may discourage.
Wing Split: Precise high-power attack that happens the turn after defending.
