    You know, Jonesy, very few people like cold potatoes. You've got to heat them up, normally by steaming or boiling, and then they become delectable. Isn't it only natural that a thread devoted to spudly goodness gets heated up? In fact, if this thread originated from Colorado, I would daresay that we would be talking about baked potatoes and sour cream.
