Note: u can't cuz remember in sciences believed that the stars give or born new galaxy or universe causing they become infinity. So thinking how much stars r there, every second a super far far away star is giving birth more then thousand planets. So u can't really rule the galaxy or universe, cuz new born races will raise like phoenix does.
