Outdated Vulcan mod More armor more fun!

A mod that adds a vulcan race to starbound

    This I my first race mod or for that matter so plz be gentle ok
    The spawner is a work in progress so if anyone has any idea of what exactly is wrong with my JSON code it would be appreciated if you would tell me what exactly I did wrong.
    I hope that you find it satisfactory





    Note: this mod requires Xander Kau's
    simple extended character creation mod
