Outdated Snoozle's Weather Version 1.15

This mod lessens the number of "clear" planets to around 6%, lessens the number of asteroid planets, and adds custom weather. It will work with all mods that do not completely overwrite the biome files. If a mod overwrites biome files, this mod may not do anything (as this mod is likely to get overwritten by the biome file overwrite of another mod).

I worked on snow first, so the new weather right now is: lighter snow, flurry, blizzard, sparkle snow, large snow, and creepy snow. More planned! The new weather will only show up on newly created planets (after the mod is installed) and it shows up more on snow type planets than others right now.

To install, just unzip the folder into the mods folder. On a pc, mods should be in a directory like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods

After unzipping and installing it should be like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods\snoozleWeather

Because weather doesn't always show up right away and is mixed in with the old weather stuff, I also changed your character name color when logging in to blue so that you'll know the mod is loaded. If you want to get rid of that, then just delete the player.config inside of the snoozleWeather folder.
