Outdated Ship AI Fix [Nightly 08/08/2014] 1.2

Enables the Novakid Horse AI.

  2. Added command to repair FTL Drive, and fixed thruster repair cost.

    I created a command to repair the FTL Drive once the thrusters have been repaired.

    I also fixed the thruster repair command so that it requires 1000 pixels as stated in the
    dialogue.
    Previously it was saying it needed 1000, but only actually required 500.
