RedPack Tech & Flying Carpet - A hovering and improved Gravity Bubble tech

  1. Mechanics update + new folder (remove old one, if you installed v1.0!)

    (this is because I changed the folder name - sorry)

    Update notes:
    - fixed & improved movement mechanics, so now up and down work properly :p
    - removed W+S as disable combo, use F key to disable tech (or land as usual)
    - changed tech icon
    - slightly changed color of the bubble
    - removed energy use (yay free energy to shoot your guns!)
    - slightly increased movement speed
