This is BetterFont, a modified hobo.tff (04b03) font. I used the original font, just the special characters are added.

Ää, Öö, Üü, ß

Àà, Áá, Ââ, Ææ, Çç, Éé, Èè, Êê, Ëë, Îî, Ïï, Òò, Ó ó, Ôô, Õõ, Œœ, Ùù, Úú, Ûû, Ÿÿ

full iso-8858-1 support (Latin-1 Western European)
Install:
Just copy the BetterFont folder to starbound/mods
Known bugs:
Some characters are cut at the top, this will be fixed with the next update
