The shadow on the "tail" flashes in a single frame and then disappears.
But hey, a thousand times better than anything I could do.

 

This is an old Dwalin from The Hobbit I did. The picture is big, so I made it a thumbnail. Please, refrain from your pickiness, pixel masters, this is old.

the axe he is holding has the same texture and color as his legs - it makes the axe not readable at all. some metallic gloss might help.
also for me the piece is too flat. especially the fur thing on his shoulders.

max colors for palette is 7. So I cannot change it.

 

The ligh comes from the upper right?
Because the tail and the paw lighting looks strange. Unless that's the left leg. Good job anyway. I'm working on something too.

 

24 colors. did this for PJ weekly challenge.
I am totally not satisfied with it, but it was a good practice.
I produced the most sophisticated palette I ever did.

I've seen almost all of his other movies so I'll have to watch it soon.

 

You'd better apply hue shift to the greens you use - you can see that even on the reference image dark green looks more like blue.
