RELEASED WIP: Explorer Pod Vehicle 1.3.2

A exploration porpuse vehicle so u can fly and dive alrough.

    Plus, some of us don't have it on Steam, so we have to download mods from someplace that's not steam.

    actually you can modify mods you have from the workshop, they are just kept in a different folder in steam which is a pain to find. that and you have to reset your changes everytime it updates.

    I have 39 mod and i have no problem for manage them myself , also for mod update i only need to check alert on forum (and forum auto refresh alert when you come back on a forum tab) , so i stick to official forum.

    About manager i use nexus yes , but only for skyrim and fallout 3.

    yes with a folder name like "1084523" for a game , then another number for an another game ect (instead of using name >_<) , + the fact you need to find your "true" steam account , because each steam account make a new folder , so yeah it's a pain , and the word is light.


    Also we are lucky to have a game with a mod section in the official forum , modders should post everything here in priority , then why not somewhere else if they want (IMO).

    on topic, ok the explorer pods have offically improved my game, I have started mining asteroid belts around planets now.

    yeah of cours i say "everything" but it mean everything who fit with rules ^^

    About pod , it wouldn't change anything for me (Phase Shift Mod) but the skin is really cool , so yeah i'll keep an eyes on alert for stalk update of the mod here (and of cours i'll use it after that ^^).

    Try contact the modder who made it maybe , i've read the mod page but didnt see how to add your own , i've only read :

    "Modders can tag their recipes with "mod" to add it to the tablet, allowing players to access the additional content without player.config patches. Modders can now also organize their content using additional tags and filter buttons in the crafting menu."

    So you need to ask to Mackinz how to tag mod i think.

    I think you can use the human mech from previous version as a base for your work (maybe in white with a few red ?)


    Also the glitch pod is called Avain pod (but its a tiny problem).

    No problem , its a detail , i've see it when i was looking the beautiful tooltip of the pod xD

    It also give me an idea , a mod request , something for add data on the tooltip (like they did for show time on food before rot , you can chaneg things like that ?)

    Edit : if yes wait i'll show you the idea witha screen (it'll (should) work for all vehicle in game (modded too)).

    In the case or you find how too (maybe while looking how these kind of mod is made) its was for show remaining durability on tooltip , like this :

    Of cours if its not really your stuff we still can ask to a modder who made things like that (like modder of Food_Rot_Dot mod).


    IMO if it work for one it work for all , also if we really want to push the thing , it can also show the pod is destroyed with the picture too , but even only % durability will be usefull , for any vehicle.

    Edit : i'll make a mod request topic for that.

    would it be possible to have the racial ones have certain abilities? i.e Hylotl one moves faster in liquids, Novakid move faster if they move in a straight line, Floran heal in the sunlight (if it is going to be a plant), avian ones glow, e.t.c?
