When do you think Starbound will be released?

Not trying to sound impatient, i just want to know YOUR opinion,personally i think somewhere around june and july,when do you think it is going to be released? let the community know.

I'm gonna be hopeful and say the impossible March! Simply because that's my birthday month; and Mass Effect 3 comes out on my birthday so getting two great games in one month would be phenomenal.

I think it will come out some time between September or October.

 

It's hard to have an actual "opinion" on this theme, since we know nothing about the state of development as a simple follower. I hope they don't rush the release but take their time to "perfect" it.

They already stated "late summer". So, I'm guessing august.

My guess is fall or winter. I don't know how far along they are right now so I can't really say. Whatever it is, the wait is worth it. This is going to be a spectacular game!

August seems the most reasonable considering their goal date of late summer.

Also, am I the only one a tad confused as to why January is up there. .-.

I voted for January. I beleive while creating mechanics for this game, they will also discover time travel and travel back to January this year and release it.

 

The 5th of July.

If this were to be the case, then because we don't have it yet, that would mean that time is in the setup of having multiple timelines when there's a alteration and we would probably not ever get it because then they would be in Time-line B while we're here stuck in Time-line A!

 

I hoping for August/September time, then my uni work will officially go down hill xD Haha.

 

I am thinking maybe June/July time. i hope May/June but hopefully it will give me something to do during the summer besides die of heat stroke.
