Deluxe Speed-Gros from George. Considering it was George, I find it sweet.

 

On my first playthrough, Winter Star was bugged the first year, I gave Gus a Ruby and got a Ruby back. Second Winter Star, I got a Cobbler from I forget who.

Second playthrough, I gave Gus a diamond, only to have Elliott give me a stinking Glow Ring.

You know, since I was already wearing a Glow Ring and all......

I sold it for 100g, that's a 650g loss. Yay.

I think the items should be tweaked a bit, they should be in proportion to what you give. That way, you don't get something stupid like a glow ring, or beer when you give stuff like diamonds. Even the fertilizer would have been nice, or perhaps 1-2 Iridium Ore, or perhaps something like a piece of furniture. Who knows.

He just wanted you to hurry up and grow him some leeks ASAP.

The winter star present gives a relationship boost. I think it's the same amount as if you gave it as a birthday gift, but it might actually be a bit more...

 

I still like the Glow Ring, though.

I think I got that from someone one time...................and then the next day I fished up an Iridium Ring. =x

 

I got a rainbow shell from Vincent. Apparently he found it on the beach last year and it was so pretty he kept it all this time...

Immediately sold it.

 

When someone mail me something that I already have dozens or don't need, and I immediately sell it, I always feel bad.

Year 1: I received a poppyseed muffin from...Leah, I think. Not a bad gift for a miner to receive.

 

Shane gave me a purple mushroom. Apparently it was "the best he could afford". Not surprising given he works for Joja but still I already had 20 and I never use them bc I dislike combat and afaik they don't have any other use.

 

Vincent gave me a "strange doll" I gave it the museum the day after cuz I don't like dolls

In my first playthrough I got to almost the end of year 4. I've gotten 3 Poppyseed muffins and a tea set. The tea set is actually super cute.
