I am having issues with the modding system. I am not seeing why my mod isn't working and the only tutorials i can find is outdated text tutorials. I am basically asking if someone can take the time to make a video tutorial explaining how to set up a mod for crafting tables recipes and armors correctly. every time i try to start my mod it just screams missing item name when the items are there named properly patched properly and even placed where they should be from what i can see.
If everything was "proper" you wouldn't be getting errors But since you said missing item name - chances are you are giving the actual file name in the player.config of the recipe. When you should be giving the actual "itemname" provided inside the file. The file names are not considered.
