Disguises of other races/species...could be used in special infiltration missions where being the wrong race could cost you your life. Ex. A Glitch disguises as a Floran to get a sacred artifact needed as leverage to free hostages.
I'm not exactly sure if it has been said yet, but I would LOVE some sort of Dopefish item or weapon in the game. Or maybe some rarely generated temple honoring the Dopefish

Other games have made obscure references like borderlands 2 and the head in a box from seven and i like the vague references that only a small community will get and some of the big ones everyone will get

Hm, maybe a head item that is invisible? It'd be nice to be able to have the stat bonuses from helmets while being able to stare at the Cool Hair you picked.
