Mood Guard 1.0 currently fixes the animal happiness drain problem. It currently has three configuration options: Standard - Animals will no longer lose happiness from you being awake after 6pm Increased - Animals will gain happiness by being inside after 6pm Maximized - Animals' happiness will continually be set to maximum (255) It can be downloaded from Nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1597/? The MMO nerd in me keeps misreading this as Moon Guard instead of Mood Guard. I look forward to testing this out, although it might be a while with a new save file. Thank you so much for the work!

@kumarei Just in case you happen to see it here first, the profession fix for 1.1 doesn't seem to be working for me. I have Coopmaster and when I pet one of my chickens after they've gone outside, their happiness overlaps from 255 to a lower number.
