Closed Unstable crashing upon launching

    As I try to start the game an error pops up stating: Fatal exception caught: (StarException) An error occured during loading: (AssettException) Error loading asset/recipes/armor/floran/tier4/florantier4head.recipe

    Is there any way I can get passed this error?

    Im guessing you have mods? Remove any that deal with floran armor.

    No mods but yesterday I tried switching to Nightly and then back. The game works now but it deleted my character that I spent quite a long time on :( Probably won't play any more but thanks for your help. There's no way to recover a character I'm guessing?

    Ok got my character back by follow a backup file name change video lol.
