Closed Unfinished payment for preorder since Monday

Hi there. I preordered on Monday (Solarium tier), but my credit card hasn't been charged. There have been a lot of issues with people's payments going wrong on Monday, and I am wondering if this will fix itself, or if I'll have to redo it at some point. Not sure if the payment is pending on my bank account or not, there's no way for me to check. I'm assuming it is, and that it will go through when the issue is fixed by the bank, but I'm not sure...

Considering you have a forum badge for that tier, I would think that the payment went through and might just be being processed. All I can really suggest is to wait a bit and see if it shows up or call your bank. If neither of those work, email support@chucklefish.org and they should be able to tell you what the situation is.
