Bug/Issue Turning in (specific?) quest and going to next page crashes game

I decided to catch up with some quests and did a whole bunch at once. After finishing a bunch, I started turning them in, and after turning in the first one (Battery for Pam, located as the first one on the first page) I clicked next page and the game crashed.

I completed the quests again, saved the game, and tried turning the same quest in again, and got another crash.

Closing the quest log after turning the same quest in, before going to the next one, seems to work.
