Great Idea!! I love it! I think you should be able to make a few furnishings and decorative items out of Thunderstone, like Thunderstone lamps and storm globes! (like a snow globe, but with a mini-storm inside it)! Oh! and, make it so that if you have a section of floor, made entirely of Thunderstone, say 25 blocks long, it summons an everlasting storm in the area around it or the Biome which it's in... Or something like that! (but make it so this Thunderstone Storm can't create new Thunderstone if it hits stone. Otherwise people could farm it by making this). Would just be an awesome way of making a constant storm... And if you happen to find an area in which it always seems to be stormy, could think "Hmmm I wonder if there's a large concentration of Thunderstone around here" Haha, just a few suggestions, but great idea already!!
Good idea, but I will decrease the chance of thunderstone spawning if it's too easy to farm. So if you make the constant storm, there will be a 0.0001 % chance of thunderstone spawning. I will add some of your ideas later this evening, and i also need to find more uses for refined thunderstone.
why add 7 as an option in the poll. all it does it screw up your statistics. and thanks for the cookie. and im glad that you added the ability to summon lightning in your thread.
7 was just a joke and not very much people chose it, so what's the problem? And also, sorry for not adding Flickdraw's ideas. I'm still a bit busy.
Why? it takes a hell lot of energy and 2-3 real-life days to make 1 Thunderstone. I made it as balanced as possible.
Or you can make it easier to find thunderstone but take out the generator which I think is more balance
Lightning's my fav element to beat stuff up with in Videogames, so my shamelessly biased opinion says this idea is full of win!!! Idea: Refined Thunderstone Bricks & Brick Walls to make Electric-looking Buildings!
I remember seeing Electric Traps'n stuff in a Apex Screenshot... something's gotta be powering them... :whistle:
