Bug/Issue Teleporter beams me back to original location

Everytime I use a teleporter, be it from my ship to the outpost; an npc to a mission; the end of a mission to the Ark/2-point teleshop; it will take me to my destination, and then beam me back up to my original location. It will do this at least once, and the only thing I can do is deal with this annoying bug by waiting out load times and just getting all pissy over it. Anyone else?

 

Yup, this is happening to me. Really sucks. I think my character is stuck until its fixed.

 

I'm having this bug as well,i'm on the last mission and this is really annoying,also it just happens on missions.

 

It happens to me all the time, I can't go on any missions and it's freaking annoying.
