Tearing and other screen glitches

    Hey guys, so the bottom quarter of the menu is flickering in black sometimes and I get really irritating vertical tearing too whenever I move ingame. I have an r9 280x. Looked up every forum entry, tried everything, enabling/disabling vsync in config file, enabling/disabling vsync in AMD control panel, to no avail. Screen tearing gets worse in fulllscreen/borderless. If I switch to windowed, the tearing lessens, but still far from optimal. Any suggestions?

    Forcing vsync on in your driver settings should work. Are other games affected too?
