Bug/Issue Switch Version- Heart Events Glitch

I’ve been through a few heart events where the camera focuses completely on a different side of the scene. Never including the characters talking. I can see their conversation, but I cant see what is going on in regards to my character and the villager in question. In Harvey’s 10 heart event, the camera focused on the pink sky and the top part of the hot air balloon, but it never showed my character or Harvey. Is there any work around or fix? It’s really annoying.
