Bug/Issue Switch - Unable to place new treasures in Library

So, just for a little context, I have most of the tables filled up now in the Library. The only spaces I have left are the table in the very bottom right and the bottom of the triangular like table.
I am just unable to place new treasures into those spots. I am not sure if its the toolbar getting in the way and the game thinking it can't interact with anything there.
Has anyone else has this issue? If you want I can post a pic of where I mean
