Switch Single Player Glitch - Leah 10 Heart Event

I'm having an issue with Leah. I am not her girlfriend but my switch keeps showing me the 10 heart event every time I walk into the forest. (Except very early in the morning or very late at night.) There is a purple star under her portrait. Right now I can't go into the forest to do anything, including foraging, going to the wizard's tower or purchasing animals from Marnie.

How do I make the 10 heart event go away? Can anyone help me? Thanks!!
