Street lamps not lighting up at night!

Hi guys!

I am currently redesigning the vanilla Town Map and added some street lamps all throughout the lower and upper town area. The lamps I placed do not light up at night, the original lamps however still do. Even the ones I have already deleted. So my original file does not seem to be corrupted. I have checked whether my lighting problem can be solved via tIDE but that does not seem the case. Yet I can't seem to find a game file that handles that.

Does anybody know which file(s) I have to edit, so that the new lights actually do their job?
Every idea and hint is appreciated.
