Server Help Strange server startup issue: User config version does not match default config version

Hello,

I'm having this issue with my hosted multiplayer server (hosted on https://mcprohosting.com, if that's relevant), that's causing my server config to be set to the defaults on startup:

Does anyone know what would cause this, and/or how I can fix it? I am on version 1.4.4, and the only change I'm actually trying to make is adding an admin user, but this issue seems to occur even if there have been no changes to the config after the last reset.
