Closed steam key does not appear, and return money!

    Key is not seen simply displays "This page is claimed This key page has been claimed by another user." You go to this URL.
    Reply has not come yet, if I e-mail to support it before a week, and return the money! !

    The email sent to support the more than a week ago, but answer does not come yet.
    So I am angry.
    It's not play it's me why I Was looking forward seven months and unfair.

    You DO realize that this is a problem with the HumbleStore and the Starbound Devs cannot help you even if they wanted to, because the have no access to the HumbleBundle servers an accountManagement whatsoever? You have to post this kind of Problems in the HumbleBundle Forums and/or contact the HumbleBundle support.
