I'll just pretend like it hasn't been nine days... Sorry for the hiatus; school's my only real excuse, followed closely by me making art for people. Sadly, it's left little time for our friend Rex here. This one's a bit poor, even for my doodle-turned-story drawing style, which is mostly because this part of the story is stagnant in my mind. I'll probably wrap this up with one more page, then have Rex move on to more interesting tasks; like building a colony! I can't wait for you all to meet Njem... Ah, Njem... EDIT: I remembered that if I make 'em sketchy, the crappy ones look decent. Here's the sketchy version!
Teleporter sickness, it happens to the best of us. Dont worry about making a comic everyday , once every so often is also good! As long you share your awesome comic to the rest of us its all goed.
I just read that latest strip again, and just now realized that our hero has 3 eyes. Never even thought it was weird.
Aw, man... I hate to say it, but I think this story is now dead. The issue is that there isn't really a plot to continue. With Ask Laurence (which is my other comic, for those of you who don't know), I get input from people. With this, it's up to me to make a story in my spare time, on top of a bigger story I'm creating. With that in mind, I have an idea of how to create a proper Starbound story: make it community driven! I'll be starting up a new thread called Light, in which the story will be progressed by responses on what the character should do/what should happen. Practically halves the effort on my part, which is good 'cause I'm so lazy. Here's a link to the new comic. I hope you all enjoy it! http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/light-interactive-comic.101627/
One question, WIll our three-eyed hero be in there somewhere (Even if it's just like a cameo sort of thing somewhere.)?
Shame it's dead, but I hope that light goes further than that other interactive comic. (That one with the novakids... Remember?)
