Resolved Stardew Valley has stopped working [RESOLVED]

I've played Stardew Valley for 2 years now but suddenly this happened
I have tried:
>Reinstall the game
>Verify integrity
>Delete all Stardew Valley files in %appdata% and steamapp
>Install XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0
>Failed attempt to install XNA game studio 4.0 (bootstrapper.exe)
>Cannot use SMAPI anymore (errors)
>Currently have no mods

AND A MIRACLE HAPPENED, STEAM HAS FIXED IT FOR ME!
After failed attempt to Verify integrity on Steam, it finally says "1955 files failed to validate and will be reacquired".
A folder named "Steamwork Shared" has popped up today.
Steam has downloaded necessary files and repaired the game.
